We are extremely proud to announce that we have been awarded the Bronze standard from Investors in People.

 

This is the First time an accreditation this prestigious has been awarded to a Physiotherapy company.

As an organisation we value our staff – in fact we recognise them as our biggest asset! We are therefore very proud to have achieved recognition as an Investor in People for both our Clinics. This is really important because, for us, achieving the Investors in People award was not about the ‘brass plate’ on the wall; it’s about being able to demonstrate our total commitment to all our staff and to improving services to be able to help all of our clients more.

Excellent services can only be achieved by staff who are motivated, who have a real say in how we operate, who are properly trained and given opportunities for development, and who are well supported by their manager. We hope also that by receiving Investors in People accreditation, our staff will be well placed to deal with the many challenges and opportunities that will come our way over future years.
